CO-WORKING IN INDUSTRY CITY - CAMP DAVID

A co-working office with options for private offices and communal tables for members. The space offers a variety of meeting rooms for reservation. At the first floor the lounge and full service coffee bar provide a comfortable setting for the users to relax and meet up. In the evenings, the coffee bar transitions to a bar serving drinks.

Our intent was to create a co-working space that felt both elegant and accessible. A place that would allow users to feel comfortable holding client meetings and at the same time would feel like an extension of the home. To maintain a complete sense of control of our design we custom designed most of the lighting and furniture. This allowed us to continue details that could be read in the millwork and metal work in our furniture and lighting, creating a tight and cohesive design throughout. We maintained a natural, calm palette throughout the two floors of private and public co working spaces and used raw, hard materials to counterbalance the lightness of design.

All designs were completed under instruction and review of David M. Sullivan.
